Coursework
_ Below is a list of all of the courses that I have taken in College. Under them, is a list of courses that I have to take to get the required degree. The Interdisciplinary (ID) course I took is "Essentials of College Study". It is a course that helps students to gain knowledge and skills for reaching their goals, whether they are in College or not.
The course "Intermediate Algebra" (Math 1010) is a math course which teaches a solid foundation in working with algebraic skills to advance to a higher level of mathematics courses.
English 1010 is an English course that teaches how to create and format professional documents. It also teaches how to speak, type or write in proper English, so that there will be no errors in the way you write or talk.
Computer Essentials is a class that teaches about how the internet works, all of it's systems, the many devices that make a computer run, as well as how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Intro to Arts is a class where you learn how to draw life pictures in either pencil or charcoal. We also learn how to draw shading with graphite, draw in one-perspective to three-perspective, and so much more. I had learned how to make better drawings when I had taken the course, even though I knew how to draw before.
American Civilization (AI) is a history class where we learn all about our history from as far as ancient civilizations, to the Present. We learn how the first settlers came to what would be America, how the boom and bust cycle works and how that led to the Great Depression, some of the great developments of our time, and find out how we have come this far.
