Intro to Drawing
Art-1020-004
This is my Arts class, where I draw many pictures. The first half of the course, we only used pencil and graphite. That is where we learned how to do shading, how to make ramps and stairs, what one-point to three-point perspectives were,
The second half, we learned to draw with charcoal, both the stick and the pencil kind. It takes a lot of smoothing and erasing to get the right shades. But it is very messy, and can stain your clothes really badly. I also got to do a presentation on a famous artist. I chose to do Sandro Botticelli. He was a famous painter during the 1400's Renascence in Italy.
